Lake House Complex

Gather on the beach and relax with family and friends.  Whether you’re grilling on the deck,
relaxing with a book, fishing from your private dock, or toasting marshmallows around your fire pit on the beach, the lapping of waves provides the perfect soundtrack.  With room for 23, the complex consists of three separate buildings all located within 50 feet of each other on the private beach. Additional units are available on the property to accommodate up to 100 people.

1 – The Lake House, a spacious 2,200 sq.ft., 2-story lake house situated directly on our private beach!  It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen, 2 living areas with televisions (one on each floor), and a
dining room. The top (main) floor has two bedrooms, one with a full bed and
one with 2 twin beds and a daybed with an additional twin underneath. The
lower floor has three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed,
and one with bunk beds (twin over full). A pullout couch is also located on this level.
Propane BBQ, large wrap-around deck, and electric heat. Sleeps 15.
Rental includes a private dock and a boat slip with electric hoist. Accessed
down from the parking lot by approximately 50 steps. 4 reserved parking spaces.

2 – Spotted Sandpiper Lake Cottage was renovated Spring 2019 to be an exceptional Finger Lakes destination. The unit has 1 bedroom (King bed), 1 bath, and can sleep an additional 2 in the living room on a fold-out couch. Heating, a/c, Flat screen TV, and DVD player provided.  Full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Fire pit, picnic table, additional propane BBQ. 

3 – The bunk house has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, air conditioning, and heating. It
sleeps 4.
